This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relationship between the Administration of the website www.myauto.kg, part of the MyGroup project group (hereinafter — the "Administration"), and any person visiting or using the website's functions (hereinafter — the "User").

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. This Agreement is a public offer in accordance with Article 396 of the Civil Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
1.2. The commencement of Site use (viewing ads, registration, posting content) constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (accession) to the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The Administration reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement at any time without special notice to the User.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT The Site provides Users with the ability to search and post ads for the purchase, sale, and lease of real estate (apartments, houses, plots, commercial premises) in Kyrgyzstan.

3. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
3.1. The User agrees:

• To provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and ad placement.

• Not to post information that violates the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic (prohibited goods/services, calls for violence, discrimination, etc.).

• Not to use automated programs (bots) to collect data from the Site without permission.
  
  3.2. The Administration has the right:

• To moderate, edit, or delete ads that violate Site rules or KR laws.

• To block User accounts in case of breach of the Agreement.

• To use the User's phone number or email for service notifications.

4. LIABILITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
4.1. The Administration provides the Site on an "as is" basis.
4.2. The Administration is not a party to transactions made between Users. The Site is an information platform. We are not responsible for the quality of goods, real estate, vehicles, or services, nor for financial settlements between Users.
4.3. The User is solely responsible for the information they post on the Site.

5. PERSONAL DATA 5.1. By accepting the Agreement, the User consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the KR Law "On Personal Information."

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION 6.1. All disputes are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled in court at the location of the Administration in accordance with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
