In Kyrgyzstan, old-format driver’s licenses remain valid. A preferential transition period has been introduced for their free replacement with new-format documents. Due to the large number of applications from citizens, a decision was made to extend the deadlines. As a result, the preferential campaign has been extended for an indefinite period — without a fixed end date.
